YOGA + INTUITIVE READINGS

Join me for the spiritual adventure of a lifetime in India! India is my home away from home, and I could not be more excited to be leading a 14-day Spiritual Pilgrimage. 

We will begin in the city of Varanasi, the oldest living city in the world. We will spend 4 nights in this holy city. We will then head up into the Himalayas for 4 nights to stay at Rudraksh Retreat Center.  Our pilgrimage will finish near Rishikesh, the birth place of Yoga, where we will attend the Sattva Summit. 

The Sattva Summit is an intimate yet expansive boutique conscious gathering, featuring some of the world’s most profound yoga teachers, thought leaders, musicians and artists. The Summit offers a unique opportunity for Yogis from across the globe to gather as a community for a week of deep healing, expansion and joy. 

During our pilgrimage, we will also have the honor of having Jo Amrein-Palairet guide us for a few sessions in Family Constellation Therapy. This practice will help you uncover the patterns, unresolved emotions, and ancestral influences that may be impacting your life today.

This pilgrimage is open to everyone! No yoga experience is necessary.

What is included:

• 3 meals for each full day we are together. All vegetarian meals.

• Transportation and hotel stays during our time together. This does not include your travel to Varanasi or your travel from the Sattva Summit to your next destination.

• Tips for the guides, priests, and drivers that support us on our journey.

• The above itinerary guided by myself and a wonderful group of Indian locals.

• When you sign up for the pilgrimage, you will get a list of what to bring and what to wear.  

• ONE FREE INTUITIVE READING to use after we return from India and is valid until 6/1/24.

• Flight to and from India.

• Any extra charges that are not included in our group experience. (Spa services, room service, activities done on your own, laundry, food bought on your own, etc.)

• Travel Insurance.
