What is Kriya? Kriya, which means evolutionary action, is a set of energetic practices that help us to dive into the subtle body. When we practice Kriya, every "action" has an energetic impact. In this short class, we will use a combination of breathwork, mantra, mudra and body movement. These practices help us shift our energy and move through blocks in our physical, mental and emotional bodies. To put it simply, practicing Kriyas help us clear out any "gunk" and get more grounded in our bodies.

What you will need: A yoga mat or a comfortable place to move and breathe. Optional to bring a pillow or block or any props you usually practice with.
