Join me for a 40-day transformational journey into the heart of sacred geometry and mantra meditation. Anchored in the power of the Sri Yantra, this sadhana (daily spiritual practice) begins on the New Moon—a time of new beginnings, deep introspection, and planting seeds of intention.

The new moon marks the beginning of the lunar cycle—a potent time for setting intentions, going inward, and initiating new practices. Its inward-pulling energy is ideal for deep meditation, visioning, and connecting with subtle realms. By starting this journey on the new moon, we align ourselves with nature’s rhythms and open to transformation at a cellular and spiritual level.

This immersive experience is designed to bring structure, sacred discipline, and energetic alignment into your daily life through kriya, breathwork, mantra, and the ancient meditative art of the Sri Yantra.

What is a Yantra?
A yantra is a sacred geometrical symbol used as a meditative tool. Derived from Sanskrit, the word combines “yam” (instrument) and “tra” (liberation). A yantra acts as a spiritual map, focusing the mind and supporting inner awakening. These designs are deeply symbolic, often representing divine forces or cosmic principles, and have been used in rituals and meditation for thousands of years.

What is the Sri Yantra?
The Sri Yantra—sometimes referred to as the "Queen of Yantras"—is one of the most revered and powerful symbols in Tantric tradition. It consists of nine interlocking triangles radiating from a central point (bindu), surrounded by lotus petals and a square base, forming a visual representation of the microcosm and macrocosm.

It symbolizes the divine union of masculine and feminine energies, and maps the structure of the universe itself. Meditating with the Sri Yantra is said to help balance the chakras, awaken deep inner wisdom, manifest desires, and elevate consciousness.

Why Meditate with the Sri Yantra?
Practicing with the Sri Yantra is a profound method for harmonizing inner and outer energies. Rooted in Vedic and yogic traditions, this sacred diagram offers a path to higher states of awareness through visual focus and repetition of mantra.

Why 40 Days?
In yogic tradition, a 40-day practice is considered the minimum time needed to break old habits and create new ones. It creates momentum, commitment, and spiritual discipline. When practiced daily, this repetition carves new energetic and neurological pathways, creating lasting transformation.

This 40-day practice will help:

  • Cultivate clarity and intention

  • Awaken dormant energy centers

  • Support mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being

  • Bring greater alignment with abundance, wisdom, and inner power
