Feeling Overwhelmed? Ask Yourself These 5 Questions Before Starting Your Day

We all have a lot going on these days between working our jobs, taking care of our homes, families, and (hopefully) ourselves ~ and things seem to get overwhelming pretty quick.

This simple practice helps me prioritize my tasks, get organized stay on track and get through my days feeling more clear and less stressed, so I wanted to share it with you.

Ask yourself these 5 questions before starting your day to help set the tone and move through your day with more intention! 5 Daily Questions 1. What do I have to do today? 2. Is everything I think I need to do necessary? Is it important? Is it realistic? 3. Did I create space in my day? 4. What am I doing to bring energy to myself? What am I doing to create time for things that I love? 5. What acts of generosity am I going to bring into the world today?

May we all slow down, live with more intention and find more ease in our days.
