Aieem namah: This mantra reminds us that our true nature is love and joy. It is similar to repeating these affirmations: I am love. I am joy. That is who I am.
Lotus mudra: Bring the base of the palms together at the heart center, touching thumbs and pinky fingers together. Spread the rest of the fingers out like the lotus flower.
Mantra + Mudra Practice:
Sit in a comfortable seat with a tall spine and begin to connect with your breath. Bring your hands into lotus mudra and sense, feel or visualize that you are breathing in and out of the heart center as you repeat this mantra silently for 3 minutes.
