Meditation + Sound Healing
JULY 18 - SEPTEMBER 19, 2022 | $20
Summertime Series: Kriya Meditation + Sound Healing Experience in Nature
with Deidre Norman and Daniela Botur
Mondays at 6-7pm (July 18- September 20)
Join us this summer for a sweet and nourishing healing experience in nature that will ignite your mind, body and soul!
Each Monday we will gather outside in community in the most beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the Tetons and find inspiration and restoration. We will spend the first 40 minutes practicing kriya-based meditation led by Deidre Norman followed by 20 minutes of sound bowl healing by Daniela Botur.
Benefits of Kriya-based Meditation
Kriya, repetitive movement paired with breath and/or mantra, means "evolutionary action." What does this mean? Action that brings us to freedom by helping to create harmony within ourselves. Each kriya has a specific energetic impact that can help shift our patterns.
Benefits of Sound Bowl Healing
As famous inventor and engineer Nikola Tesla said: “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” This can also describe how sound healing works. The vibrations that singing bowls produce can affect the vibrations of the body. The vibrations of sound bowls have the potential to impact brain waves and induce relaxation in addition to several other benefits including: stress relief, improved sleep, harmonizing energy in the body, stimulating the immune system, increasing positive emotions, and more!
