Plant a Seed: A Ritual for the New Moon

New Moon blessings to you, dear friends!

In honor of today's New Moon energy, which is the best cosmic time for setting new intentions, I wanted to offer this simple ritual that I like to teach in my online courses.

To harness the energy of the New Moon, I invite you to plant a seed this week ~ as this the earth is extra fertile during this phase of the moon. The seed can be in a single pot or out in your garden. Think about what you want to call into your life right now, then write down an intention on a piece of paper. Hold the intention with your seed, say a prayer of intention and then plant your seed along with your piece of paper.

Every time you water your seed, think of you intention, and visualize that your intention is already true in the present moment.

As you watch your seed sprout and begin to grow, also watch your intention begin to come into fruition, too.
