YOGA + INTUITIVE READINGS

The theme of this day-long retreat is "Root to Rise," and will be steeped in nature, ritual, yoga, nourishing food and drinks ~ and so much more!

Your guides for the day are Jenna Barnes, Jessa Smout and Deidre Norman.

 

As the last 18 months have been full transitions, which have a huge energetic impact on our sense of stability, we created this retreat to help you get grounded and connect back to YOU! We will be working with grounding our energy system to cultivate inner stability, find restoration + rejuvenation, connect with our joy ~ and with each other!

This day-long retreat will include:

• An opening ceremony

• An all-levels yoga class that includes meditation, kriya, asana, and a self care ritual.

• A walk + meditation in nature 

• Intentional journaling

• Herbal infused snacks to ground our energy and an amazing, grounding dinner. Food by Parakalo Provisions

• The herbal elixirs specifically prepared to ground our energy. Drinks by Amrita Beverages

• A closing fire ceremony
