Join us for a heart-centered evening at Inversion Yoga designed to help you reconnect, reset, and realign. We’ll begin by setting intentions and sharing ceremonial cacao — a sacred plant medicine traditionally used in ritual to open the heart, quiet the mind, and deepen self-awareness. As the cacao begins to work its magic, we’ll drop into a guided breathwork practice to move stagnant energy, release emotional blockages, and expand the connection to your inner self.

From that open, clear space, you’ll be invited to lie back and receive an extended sound healing journey to support deep integration, nervous system regulation, and a return to inner harmony.

Candace Blair
After two decades on trading floors in Zurich and London, Candace returned to the U.S. to dedicate her life to healing and conscious living. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Shamanic Reiki practitioner, trained Cacaoista, sound healer, and founder of Soul Fire Cacao. Her work is infused with passion, presence, and a genuine desire to help others awaken to their fullest, most heart-led lives. Expect grounded wisdom, radiant energy, and a truly soulful experience.

A devoted meditation and yoga teacher, Deidre guides others to access their highest truth through breath, movement, and intuitive awareness. Rooted in the Sattva Yoga tradition, her classes and workshops blend ancient practices with modern insight, helping students strengthen their intuition, release energetic blocks, and return to inner alignment.
