Sit quietly, hold hands in front of the heart center in Namaskar Mudra by placing your hands in front of the heart in prayer. Namaskar Mudra brings an experience of unity, sacredness, wholeness and a fullness of life. It also unites the divine masculine and the divine feminine.
Close your eyes and slowly breathe in and out of the mouth. With each inhale, silently repeat the mantra, "Sampoorna Hum;" and as you exhale, silently repeat the mantra "Sampoorna Hum" You can do this for longer than 3 minutes if you feel called to!
